    Most of my trips are between Miami and London in Premium Economy, so I never get to experience EVA. It looks like they do an outstanding job with food quality, presentation and friendly crew. If I ever make it out East, I will definitely look at them as an option.

    staffs should no longer wearing blue glove serving foods. it's not a pleasant look. must ensure cleanliness without gloves.

    Such an expensive product and such uncomfortable seat (strange angle when trying to sleep)? No, thanks. Also the food seems not so amazing. Then I would much more prefer Turkish. They also have mostly a very friendly and relaxed crew, not as arrogant and snobbish as I could experience Singapore crew.

    Thai Airways still have a lot of work to do to improve their onboard food catering services, their flight times, ie departure times are bad, service with a smile has gone from Thai as well. All Thai thinks about is money, its about time they start to think about the customer

      I think they now better understand that customer satisfaction is the key to making money. And luckilly the company is not anymore in a huge finansiell stress?

      @@andersfant4997 they are still Financially stressed, they also have a lot of un-sold aircraft parked up at BKK, some used as spare parts also, looks like a scrap yard more than a airport

      @@davidcavanagh8687 The passenger numbers grow and they made a profit of 7719 m baht last year, a big increase. They have had a dire saving program but I get a feeling that the service has improved a bit, the key to repeat business. Cheers.

    It all depends on the flight attendants. Some Delta flight attendants are outstanding. Others are horrendous. I find myself asking how in the world they got hired by Delta in the first place.
